I ship worldwide using the US Postal Service only.

Domestic Shipping
Almost all the items shown on this website are eligible for “shipping specials”, (unless specifically noted in the item description) which reduces your shipping costs.

 

USPS Priority shipping has a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. This offer is only available to delivery points in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Should you need your purchase faster, USPS Express Shipping is available for an additional fee. USPS Express shipping has an overnight delivery time for most domestic locations.

All shipments within the U.S. include free delivery tracking & confirmation. When your purchase is shipped, I will email you with the tracking information.

Insurance is available, and optional, on all domestic Priority and Express shipments for a flat fee of $2.25. Insurance is suggested on all purchases to protect your investment. I am not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

For all domestic shipments on purchases of “in stock“ items, I ship within 1 business day of receiving payment via credit card, PayPal transfer, or cleared money order/cashiers check.

International Shipping
For all international shipments, prior to purchasing any item, international buyers should email me for their actual shipping costs. These are your international shipping options:
1 - USPS International 1st Class Mail - Shipping insurance is not available with this option and I am not responsible for undelivered or damaged shipments. Delivery time varies by destination, and shipment tracking is not available.
2 - USPS Priority Mail International - Shipping Insurance is included in the cost (for the item cost only, does not cover the shipping fee). Delivery time per the USPS is 6-10 days, and shipment tracking is available.


Payment
I accept from most major credit cards, PayPal, money orders, and cashiers check. Sorry, COD orders and personal checks can not be accepted at this time. payment

Online credit card purchases are processed through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment. At checkout you will have the option of paying without having a PayPal account.

I also accept payment by money order and cashiers check. When paying by money order or cashiers check, please contact me by email, and I will send you an invoice that includes your total cost with any shipping fees and optional insurance. I ship within 1 business day of the money order or cashiers check clearing our bank.


Refunds & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will gladly exchange or refund your original purchase price. Shipping and insurance charges for purchases are not refundable. Please email me for a return authorization, and the proper return shipping information.

Returned purchases must be made within 15 days of original receipt and must be safely packaged, insured, unused and in resalable condition. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid, which is not refundable. Custom ordered items are not returnable or refundable.

Refunds on credit card purchases and PayPal transfers will be made as a credit to the originally charged credit card or PayPal account. Refunds on money orders and cashiers checks will be made by a mailed refund check.


Sales Tax
All orders shipped to New York addresses are subject to New York State and county sales taxes. If you are a reseller or tax exempt, please contact me by email.


Privacy Policy
I believe that all customer information is confidential. I do not sell or share any customer information. Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, banks information, billing address, and more, is used solely to bill the customer for their purchase.
